Privacy Policy

This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how Wanmore, its respective holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies and jointly controlled entities (collectively “Wanmore”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data through the use of mobile applications, websites, products, features and other services globally, operated by Wanmore (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Notice applies to our consumers, agents, vendors, suppliers, partners, contractors and service providers (collectively “you”, “your” or “yours”). “Personal Data” is any information which can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes but is not limited to your name, nationality, telephone number, bank and credit card details, personal interests, email address, your image, government-issued identification numbers, race, date of birth, marital status, religion, and insurance information, employment information and financial information.

Wanmore may use your Personal Data for the following purposes set out in the list below. Providing services and features. Your Personal Data will be used to provide, personalize, maintain and improve our Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Legal purposes We may use the Personal Data we collect for legal purposes, such as to investigate and resolve claims or disputes, detect/prevent/prosecute crime, or as allowed or required by applicable law. We may also use your Personal Data when we are required, advised, recommended, expected or requested to do so by our legal advisors or any local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental or other authority. User Published Content If you publish content (such as a review or comment) on Wanmore platform, it will be shown publicly along with your personal data (such as profile name, uploaded photo(s)), and other information you choose to include in your content.

The types of personal information we collect for the purposes listed in Section 1 includes, but is not limited to:

  • your identity and contact details: this includes your name, residential address, email address, telephone number(s), age and gender, images, videos;
  • financial and transaction information: this includes payment cards and transaction history;
  • health information: this includes medical or hospital services in connection with an injury/condition related to a public liability or workers compensation claim that has been raised with Wanmore;
  • location information: our websites or applications might ask for location information to help better serve you information.
  • user data: information about you as a customer of our stores and how you engage with our products and services. For example, transactional data, product purchases, interests and feedback you provide on your shopping experience;
  • usage and Interaction data: details of how you interact with our products and services;
  • contact history: details of your contact and interactions with our Customer Care teams across Wanmore; and
  • marketing and communications data: this includes your marketing and channel preferences.
3. How do we collect your Personal Data?

We collect Personal Data about you in the ways listed below. We may also combine the collected Personal Data with other Personal Data in our possession. If you have or are a party to multiple relationships with us (for example if you use our Services across our various business verticals, or if you are a consumer to Wanmore as well as a consumer to our other affiliated companies), we will link your Personal Data collected across your various capacities to facilitate your use of our Services and for the Purposes described below. You provide your Personal Data to us We collect your Personal Data when you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may provide your Personal Data to us when you:

In the event that such Personal Data of a minor is disclosed to Wanmore, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal Data and accept and agree to be bound by this Notice and take responsibility for his or her actions.

4. Who do we disclose your Personal Data to?

We need to share Personal Data with various parties for the Purposes. These parties include: With subsidiaries and affiliates We share Personal Data with our parent company, subsidiaries, associated companies, jointly controlled entities and affiliates. The companies in the Wanmore group share resources, such as infrastructure and technology, with each other to provide you with a consistent, relevant and secure experience when you use our Services, and for the Purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. Other Disclosures  We may also disclose or share your personal data in connection with the purposes described in Section 1 above, including to the following parties:

  • third parties such as partners, suppliers, or service providers, who are appointed to provide services to us, including but not limited to. payment processing services, IT and technology services, marketing companies, insurance companies, event organizers, business advisory services, legal services, administrative services, logistic services;
  • third parties that we conduct joint marketing and cross promotions with;
  • insurance companies;
  • business partners; and/or
  • regulatory authorities and government agencies.

7. International Transfers of Personal Data

Your continued use of the Services, purchase products from Wanmore or continuing to communicate or engage with Wanmore following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Notice , whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments
